I absolutely love the size of the ear piece and case! It is so convenient to throw in my work bag and I hardly ever have to charge the case. The only thing I haven't found out yet is why everyone says they can hear everything going on around me. I thought it was noise cancelling?
The ear piece doesn't fit on my ear comfortablely. It has no adjustment to make it bigger. I have fairly small ears so would not recommend it to someone with large ears. I do like it better than the last Blue Tooth device I purchased but it is not comfortable to wear.
The sound quality is not good on this G2 wireless headset . I bought 2. My husband and I communicated with these, he's a truck driver and this headset to my same brand headset sound sucks . It claims background noise reduction but I could hear everything in the background. The talking quality is very muffled. Now if I call someone who is using a landline or is not using a Bluetooth on their cell phone then the sound quality is fine. But headset to headset sound quality is not good. Do not purchase if you are some sort of driver and you communicate with someone who is also using a Bluetooth.
Might work for someone else, but after wearing it for 30 minutes it hurts my ear. Only used 2 times, now it sits and collects dust. Wasted money in my opinion. If it's loud in the background, it's hard to hear the caller, the other person says it's kinda muffled, not too clear.
