This is a great earpiece. The sound is crystal clear, I can be heard well when taking calls and the battery life is fantastic, lasts for a 12 hr shift. It's very comfortable, stays put and I even forget I'm wearing it sometimes.

The fit is pretty comfortable once you adjust the ear hook and mic. It stays in place even when I'm walking around. Bluetooth connection is steady, no dropouts during calls. Battery life is solid—I can go days without charging. Overall, it's a practical headset that just does its job well

I like the size of it good fit in my ear. The sound is good, there's no back ground noise but its terrible on distance. After about 25 feet it gets very static and you cahear the other side at all.

It doesn't have much of a distance and cuts out all the time, even right after charging it. I like to set my phone down and be able to be doing something around the house, but if you get just a few feet away, it will lose signal, sometimes even though my phone would be at my side, it will cut out while I was talking. I will say that it does have good clear sound when it is working. I wouldn't recommend this one.

I dont like that the piece that goes over ur ear is soft and it snaps on the earpiece. it has come off several times. The piece that fits in ur ear is way long goes in to far. the voice just says power on doesnt say how much talk tome u have, the voice sounds like a dying robot. It doesnt have very good sound. I have had to turn it off multiple times so people can hear me. I will be buying something else. Not recommended

The earpiece had no filler to make it strong enough to stay on my ear. Messaged the manufacturer and got no response. Walmart customer service sent a message that I should hear back within 48 hours but I heard nothing. Replied back to Walmart as to what to do at least four times and heard nothing back from them either. It's being returned to our local Walmart if they'll take it.
