sometimes I feel a little bit bad but I don't always expect a lot from certain products. I was in the market for some different Bluetooth headsets and decided to try a few things out, but I wasn't holding out. Hope that this would be a great addition or do any better than my AirPod pros. No a $200 pair of AirPod pros has other features that this does not, so that's not comparing apples to apples. But I really prefer about this particular item is that it has the option to wear an over the earpiece, securing it in place in a comfortable position for me still allowing people to hear me very well and not being afraid that I'm going to lose something that is so outrageously expensive because it does not stay inside my ear. This takes away all that stress because if it doesn't stay in my ear, I'm already wearing the behind the ear Support that helps me hold in place. Sound was great both listening to audiobooks and talking on the phone for 30 to 40 minutes at a time. I was able to hear the person that I was speaking with and they said that they were able to hear me better than it's been for a long time and they don't like how they hear me through my iPhone. this has been an issue since I got a new iPhone and for the first time since then I didn't get a bunch of complaints about you need to say that over! I was told that it sounded great and clear and if this price point can do what I'm looking for, I have no idea why I ever spent extra money on something like Apple AirPods. I would absolutely buy this again, but I may not have to as it seems to be pretty sturdy and the battery lasts plenty of time. I'm extremely happy with this!

It's got great sound everyone can hear me great. comes in a carrier case. with extra ear loops. I received the order fast and safely packaged. I have mixed feelings about this Bluetooth. I bought it because my old Bluetooth, which is a Plantronics, caused an echo for the person I was speaking to when they spoke. So I decided to get this one and the echo is gone plus the battery charge lasts long. But the main issue is it's a little bigger and heavier than my Plantronics and the ear cover and over ear piece isn't as snug, it's very soft and doesn't stay put well. I swapped out my Plantronics ear cover and over the ear piece but it feels somewhat stiff and painful at times on this Bluetooth so I have to try some different pieces to help it out. All in all, it has good sound and battery life, but doesn't speak to you with how much battery is left or doesn't have a separate on/off button. Everything is controlled by holding down the main button. I'm still playing with it and learning how it works, but I think I will keep it.

Have tried multiple bluetooth devices in the past but this one worked very well, stayed on ear well and had a long charge life

I liked it, super practical and easy to connect, perfect size, I loved the packaging and it has good battery life

It stopped working properly after 4 months. I guess that's about right. You get the quality that you paid for it. The four months that it worked well, it was clear %26 the sound was good. The noise cancellayion was good as well. It would die in about 2 hours after 4 months.
