The FedEx driver just handed me this package about 20 minutes ago. I'm already processing a return or replacement. As long as it took to get here, 6 or 7 days, I'm disappointed at the presentation. Opening it leaves holes in the towel, so be very careful opening it if you purchase. It is bound in several places by plastic ties, folded, then bound. So the holes are uniform throughout the towel. Very noticeable. There are two navy blue ink (or marker) stains on the towel. One on the top blue part (sky) and one on the yellow part (rainbow area). My daughter said just keep it. But, we are not. She is a toddler and just loves Bluey and thinks they won't have any left. If not for the holes and ink stains, this really is a pretty towel. The colors are great. Nice and bright. The recipient loves that it has friends, not just Bluey and Bingo. Clearly, I can't wash it to say how it held up or how soft it comes out. But it seems like a standard towel. Hopefully, this was just an accident and they aren't all damaged. I should have checked it first, instead of letting her open it with me. I could have avoided a bargaining session to keep it and her being disappointed. She did help me fold it up once I explained returns and exchanges and showed her all the holes. *Please send a better product next round*. Pics show the holes and ink marks (blue circle). I couldn't hold it up and take the pic. But the holes (red circles) are all across the towel in the spots it was folded and bound together. There is one in the white dogs ear, but I don't know if it would ahow in the picture. I hope they translate well. They are very noticeable in person.
