Soft %26 Comfy
The material is thick and soft. It is also such a cute outfit and the Bluey Hightop Shoes at Walmart match it perfectly. My granddaughter loves this. She got Bluey everything for Christmas! It fits true to size. Great Buy!

I bought this twice for my daughter in a size 6 and they keep sending me size 4. I called Customer service and they can't help because it's coming from stores and not the online one. Definitely disappointing my daughter was excited about this outfit for her 5th birthday.
