The items were as they should be... but the customer service was above and beyond exceptional. Tan went the extra mile when I realized the balloons weren't blown up. I was on my way to my granddaughter for her birthday and didn't know what I would do!! Tan worked everything out and I left with full balloons that my little one enjoyed! Thank you Tan Peggy Garner

Strong %26 aesthetically pleasing party balloon.
We bought this for our two-year-old's birthday, and a week later, it is still holding air. Impressed that this mylar has continued to take a beating from this toddler and stayed strong.
