Very good!
This shifter works very well. Solid shifts & well built. It is a tall assembly though with a lot of 'throw' forward to back. I have a bench seat car & I had to fit it so I could get full movement front to back without hitting the dashboard (forward) or seat (back). I plan on installing bucket seats later so not a huge issue. I would recommend it for bucket-seat cars only. Overall I am very happy with my purchase & with Jeg's speedy shipping!

Star shifter
I got the B&M star shifter a while back. Install was pretty easy. I works perfectly. The only thing I don't like is when you put it in ratchet mode you can bang the 1 2 shift but for the 2 3 shift you have to use the release. But it's just a matter of getting used to it. It's a really good shifter. I would recommend it pretty highly.

huge fan of the shifter
Im 53 had 2 novas and 1 68 firebird in the past.For sure miss it.Now Im building a 61 ford falcon,its all good,couldnt beet the price

B&M StarShiter
I just was able to install my new B&M StarShifter and it works good. Seems to be well built and a lot cheaper price than some of the other shifters.

Excellent shifter for daily driver
Installed in my 46 dodge rat mod with no problems. Great for daily use but still have ratchet feature. Love the looks and top quality on function

Solid Construction
Heavy duty construction. Hooked up to TH350 beautifully. Thank goodness if was pretty self explanatory though cause the instructions were pretty much useless. Tooks some serious thought to mount and still have not figure out where to put/how to hook up the neutral switch or the back up switch. Does work beautifully though.

The only thing i didn't get was the indicator sticked !! Not sure what to do ? Other than that , it's great !!

It works
It doesn't work well in 70's and 80's square body chevy trucks, it requires a lot of custom work and building a platform to sit flat on and clear the dash. Works well in other vehicles.
