Shipped right away, came from NJ to Southern Cali, and delivered in 4 days, fast service. Batteries were mostly charged. Fit and worked perfectly in camera. Like that it's powered by USB.

Although I have only charged one of the batteries this charger is very simple to operate and works well! I am very pleased with it.

arrived on time. Note that you can not plug into ac outlet w/o a wall plug adapter. I thought that was a wall plug adapter in pic.

The charger functions as intended and the batteries are a perfect fit for my camera. However, there were no instructions included in the package and I have a real problem extracting the batteries from the charger. In fact, the batteries are so hard to get out that I am afraid that I might damage either the charger or the batteries when trying to make a battery change. Additionally, the charger is USB powered only and I do not have laptop to carry around when I am on the road. I did find a USB power pack that I can plug the charger into but it is a little slow and somewhat limited in the number of charges it will do before having to be recharged itself. I would have given the package (charger with 2 batteries) a 5 star rating if it were not for the deficiencies in the charger.

I read reviews stating it was difficult to remove batteries from this after charging and its not that difficult as its basically the same way you put it in. My disappointment with this is that despite it being quick to charge the batteries they do not last near as long. I charged them completely two days after I received it and then used one of them in place of my Canon battery. The full charge didn't last a whole day and was already flashing low the next day only after using it for 1.5 hours (w/o video). I then tried the 2nd one the next day and it lasted even less. The Canon battery lasts any where from 4 days to 2 weeks depending on how much I use it.

Item came as pictured but when we plugged it in to charge the batteries, only one of the LED's that show if the battery is charged or not works. Because of that, we have no idea when it's fully charged or if that side is charging at all. Very unhappy with item that should work as simply as the description says. Now my choice is to deal with a defective product or send it back and wait for the weeks it's going to take to get another. I obviously wanted to use the extra batteries for all the pictures I want to take for the holidays…now I have half the usable items I paid for! : (
