Portable Neck Cooling Fan
The fan can be easily charged via USB cable and charges quickly. It has multiple speeds. I don't know if it'll hold up to 90° with Heat Index possibly in the 100's, the state of Georgia's temperature. I was outside for bout 2 hours and I used it on high sppeed and it kept me cool by circulating the cool air around my neck, up the side of my face which help to cool my face. Good handsfree fan to put around neck to help cool off.

Not So Hot
One stopped working and both air covers fell off looking to get a better one soon vary disappointing that one stopped working and both fell apart buyer beware

I regretted purchasing this product, as it was unnecessary. when placed around the neck. It makes a noise that is very distracting and prevents concentration. I'm disappointed with my purchase.
