This Coffee warmer product is Wonderful and the quality is Excellent. I wish I had found the mug warmer years ago. I keeps my coffee hot Very hot. I have a BUNN coffee maker and it won't keep my coffee this HOT. The mug warmer will save me a lot by not pouring out cold coffee Thank you for a truly excellent product!

I upgraded from their basic model. Like the on/off switch on side, so you cannot brush %26 turn on by accident. Handy raised buttons on top corner , to set timer %26 heat levels. Heating zone has lighted ring to give visual cue that unit is hot. Turns itself off automatically after 4-8 hours. All features make it a safer choice for me, with wits not as sharp as my youth.

In limited use, so far this seems to be a decent unit. Build quality is good, temperature settings seem to be pretty close, timer works properly, I like the obvious temperature-indicator light, and the bottom never gets overly hot even on the highest setting.

I have tried 3 cup warmers before settling on this one because it has a high enough temp to keep my coffee hot, but also you can turn it down as you drink it so that it doesn't "cook" into the cup. It is really easy to use. I have two: one for each side of the bed. I am abut to get two more for our desks in our home offices. The cord is long enough without being too much.

I've used mug warmers for many many years and needed to replace one of my old models. This is my first fancy digital one and I'm loving it!! Being able to control the temperature depending on the level of liquid in the mug is a game changer! It doesn't taste burnt near the end. And the flat surface is great for my bigger wider cups.

The warmer is really nice,easy to clean. Reheats my coffee multiple times a day.Shuts off on its own on a timer.Would buy again

This warmer works great for your personal office area when u want to keep a hot cup of coffee close. It's a very easy setup and use.
