Preferred my old Prima rechargeable pump because it fit more snugly on my Prima 5 gallon jug, but it stopped working. Only available now are the newer design Prima pumps, tried and returned one. This smaller pump is better and much less expensive, and fitting loosely is really not that big of an issue. Pumps at a good rate of speed, too.

We're in Mexico currently where good water comes in huge bottles. Instead of having to lift them and regularly spill some, we just push the buttons on the unit and water comes pouring out. No muss, no fuss! Makes getting water easy and mess free. Don't come down here without one!

Dispenses water pretty fast, the charge lasts a long time, I've only had it for about 13 gallons of use and I only charged it initially. Kind of wished it'd screw onto a 5 gallon jug so it'd stay in place as I have a rambunctious dog and 3 rowdy children.

Used this in our travel trailer. Liked using this in lieu of bottled water, two people drank 5 gallons of water in 6 days. So glad we purchased it. Wish it fit tighter on the water jug but we just keep the cap and will put cap back on for next trip.

This is such an awesome product. We use it at our lake house ; Saves us from lugging in bottle waters all the time. I even bought my daughter one for her college dorm. Highly recommend.

We used this while camping in our pop-up camper on a 4 gallon bottle of water. It was so easy to use, and we loved the convenience of pouring water into cups and water bottles. It doesn't fasten down on the lid, but we didn't find that a problem at all. We just replaced the original lid on the bottle when moving from one campsite to another.

I purchased this water dispenser for camping to simplify access to water, and it worked perfectly. The dispensing speed is just right, with no delays, making it very convenient. Several fellow campers were so impressed that they mentioned planning to get one for themselves. While it's lightweight, I do wish it had a heavier, more durable feel for added sturdiness. That said, it served its purpose effectively, and I'm absolutely delighted with this purchase!

the water tastes metallic sour. I cycles it with vinegar and boiling water and the water still tastes off. I didn't think much of it but I have been getting sicker and sicker. headache, lethargic, acky muscles and joints. hips hurt. extreme headache on the top of my head and toward the front. pain pills would not take it away. I am 99% sure this is the culprit. the 5 gallon I use is delivered and not refilled by me. I didn't have the 5 gallon to use the pump on and drank from small water bottles, my ailments slowly went away in about a week. I used the pump again 2 weeks later and the symptoms started to come back. weird after taste. tingling on my mouth and lips. don't buy. I have not tested what it could be but I just got a lead test to see if the pump has lead residue that I ingested. it could be microbes that have been growing in there but I haven't had it for more than a few months. be aware of toxic products from over seas.

The product I received had quality issues after 1 or 2 days of use. There were white plastic particles coming out with water when it water was getting dispensed, before I notice my kid drank the water and really worst experience and had to return the product. not worth the money and time I spent in buying it.

Not fit on my water bottle like it said it would it said it would screw on it just sits on top hopefully I won't knock it over poor design poor details home the product
