The 300-thread count solid rayon bamboo sheets are silky soft and feel wonderful on your skin. Beautiful rich purple color that washes well and comes out of the dryer virtually wrinkle free. Nice deep pockets fit great even with an added thickness of a memory foam pad on top of the mattress. Quality stitching and tight even seams.
These are really nice bed sheets, very soft material, crisp, these are a bit stiff before washing, but softened once washed, I love the rich blue color, at 300 thread count cotton percale the quality is optimal, cool to the touch so they're ideal for year round use, another reason why I prefer Percale is durability and these sheets seem very well made, the stitching is impeccable, the fabric is breathable but not thin at all, also love how deep the pockets are providing a great fit, I washed them in cold water a couple of times since I've got them, and they've become way softer to the touch, but preserving that wonderful crisp cool feeling. Very pleased with the quality, I will definitely get more in different colors!
Very smooth, silky feel. These are nice for summer as they feel cool where body heat hasn't warmed them. It is easy to slide and to roll over between these without pulling all the covers over too. They also don't stimulate sweating. The stitching is solid, the material is soft and seems thin but feels strong compared to cotton of same thickness. Pillow cases are very long and will accomodate a long pillow.Very nice material. Nice set.
I bought two sets of these sheets and they were exactly what I hoped for. Yes, I read that some thought they were rough, but after a couple of washes with fabric softener they turned into soft, thick, luxurious sheets which make me want to get in bed and stay there!! I plan to buy more.
I enjoy these pillowcases and they are really soft, I just feel it's also a little misleading saying 'Rayon from Bamboo'. While that's true, it makes it sound sustainable and eco-friendly but when you research Rayon, you see it takes A LOT of water, energy, and chemicals to repurpose the fibers. While it's great to repurpose, it just stinks how much chemicals and water it takes to do so, and wish they would state the process on it so people also understand instead of thinking it's just from bamboo/material from bamboo
Percale sheets are the best sheets out there. My Grandma has some from 50 years ago, and got me hooked on the softness because I've always been a hot sleeper. I bought a pair of Superior sheets years ago and was instantly hooked. They're single ply, which makes them feel even more lightweight and are so soft and cool to sleep on. I have yet to find another brand that feels as perfect as Superior. I currently own 2 burgundy sets, and unfortunately, one of my furbabies messed up a sheet and I was down to 1. I wanted to add more sets to my collection, but I didn't see any on the site. When I emailed customer service, Wendy responded quickly, and let me know that they weren't restocking right away, but was able to have more products added to the site. I cannot tell you how helpful she was. I was able to purchase 2 more sets thanks to her help. I hope they continue to restock and sell more colors because no other sheets compare!
I went back and forth over the two nearly identical sets and even spoke to the maker, Superior. This flat sheet was supposed to be larger but i can't tuck in the sides (My mattress is 13' thick). So if you like to tuck in your flat sheet, that's not going to happen unless you have a much more shallow mattress. On the upside, after three washes the slight sheen was gone as I'd hoped (I bought the white set) and the thickness is still amazing. They are pretty close to percale in feel and mini wrinkles now (If you are looking for wrinkle free, this is not for you.)I spent a lot of time looking for thick sheets at any price and these are them... These are the thickest cotton sheets I have found, anywhere.
Update: 8/8/19 I just wanted to update, these sheets have started to pill. It's not horrible but it is definitely noticeable. The pillowcases have not but I don't suppose they get the tossing and turning that the fitted sheet does. These definitely do stretch out but for now, I can still sleep with them.On the tag these say that they are 100% Egyptian Cotton but I'm a little confused with the literature. It talks about combing the longest Egyptian threads to make these sheets. All in all, I know that not all cotton is created equal and that you have to take the 'three hundred thread count' with a grain of salt. Is the thread twisted with two or three fibers and how thin are they? I generally like to purchase 100% cotton as I like the breath-ability of it and I like the softness. It also won't last as long and tends to stretch out a bit after a few nights but washing takes care of that and they will draw back up.These sheets in my opinion are pretty good. They are a bit on the thin side but not dramatically and I certainly don't notice when they are on my bed. We have a split king with two twin xl, twelve inch mattresses and this bottom sheet fits them well. I do use sheet clips as our base is adjustable and that tends to make most sheets pop off with the up and down motion. The depth of these shouldn't be a problem on a stationary bed. The pillow case feels fine against your face but I use a satin pillowcase most nights. What you feel when you open the package will differ after washing and drying. They do fluff up a bit and lose a bit of the silky hand, although they are still smooth. I've washed these twice now as we've had them a few weeks and I wanted to give it a good use before reviewing. I've not noticed any pilling as of yet and will certainly update if that happens. That is something I definitely can't sleep with. Overall, I'm pleased and I like the cool crisp feeling this gives in comparison to the microfiber sheets my spouse purchased recently. They liked the design, I guess I'm a light color cotton purest.
I wanted sheets that are crisp and cool. Cottony. Percale. These sheets are soft and microfiber feeling. Colors are true to pic but there was considerable shrinkage after washing. Though the fitted sheet had lots of excess room and so it still fits, the pillow cases are too small to fit a pillow unless it is very flat.
The bath towels are pretty good and the hand towels are OK. The wash cloths are terrible. They are way too thick to use. When they get wet they become too heavy and are even difficult to wring out. May use them for dusting or something but not for bathing. Going back to Turkish cotton towels.
