BNM Egyptian Cotton Luxury 6 Piece Towel Set, White

These towels are just what I wanted. They are plush and absorbent. My problem with Walmart is trying to communicate with them on delivery. They don't have a consumer service phone number, and they tell you to wait 2 to 3 days on line. (On Trac), which is their delivery service is a nightmare. They not only sent the package to the wrong address but after I had a person living a block and a half away bring it to me, the delivery person changed the address label on the package and dropped it off in front of at this person's garage. I had delivery instructions that they did not follow. Unless Walmart offers better service, I will shop elseware.

Nice thick towels , much thicker than I anticipate, which is a good thing. but there's some shedding the 1st couple of washes

The towel set is soft and highly absorbent. Nice texture, and rapid drying times. Highly recommended.

It's ok, It's soft. Not as big as I thought it would be and the design on the ends are stiff and thin so when drying off they just scrape you and do not dry. I would not recommend this towel especially for that price.

First of all, this is the second survey you sent to me. As for the original order, it was deceiving. I was looking for a bath sheet. The set said it was contained within. I was not. Since it was a birthday gift for my wife, and the package appeared to small for expected product, so forced to open it before birthday date and in front of wife. Bath sheet not included as indicated. Next, advised to return to store per website. At store, told had to go to 3rd party package company to return. This was done same day (10/04/25). Wtill have not received my $69.34 refund. You still made out as wife decided to look in your local store when we attempted to return and found another towel that she said would work. However, NOT Egyptian Cotton Luxury fabric. Very disappointing. We did buy the substitute. Whole experience was disappointing.
