Boahaus Ivy Vanity Set with LED Mirror, Bluetooth Speakers and Extra Storage

We bought this vanity for my daughter and we are very happy with it. Shipping was faster than expected and everything came packaged well. It took several hours for my husband and me to put it together but it came with simple and straightforward instructions. There are just a lot of pieces so be prepared to spend some time putting it together. It looks beautiful and has lots of great space and storage. I would buy this again.

The first one arrived with broken glass, but we quickly got a return ship set up (remember to get 2 labels for the 2 boxes) and our reorder arrived in a few days in solid condition. It is a bit overwhelming at first sight, all the pieces to assemble, but it all went together rather easily and quickly. It is well built and very good looking! We, in fact, ordered a second one for another granddaughter as it was of good quality, good price and really enjoyed.

The repair gentleman who came to my house spent a large amount of time assembling my vanity. It wasn't just a bench. It was a whole vanity. It took him eight hours to do he left my house at 8 PM that night. Please give him what he deserve please pay him for his services thank you

The price of the product is very good, I don't know the quality, because in my order I only received one part, the other part was lost, I placed an order again for the same product, I hope this time to receive my complete order, thank you

Honestly speaking I read the comments and still made the purchase because I figured how bad can it really be.. I WAS WRONG and it wasn't the companies fault it was FedX and Walmart's fault, I got in contact with the company so hopefully they will be sending me a new one but IF THE BOX SAYS FRAGILEEE THAT MEANS HANDLE WITH CAREEEEE the whole mirror came completely shattered, there's practically no mirror left… To annnyyy future buyers please just go through the website and not walmart

I had ordered this on December and it arrived on time with the exception that upon it having arrived it came with the mirror shattered which you could hear just from handling the box. It came in two different boxes in a single tracking number but once I started the return process Fedex would not pick up two boxes with just one tracking so I had to request a second, it has been well over a month and then I see I get charged again for an item that I returned, no longer have. At first I really wanted this so I asked not to be reimbursed but to send another one. Customer support advised that in a 48 hour window I would have a resolution to this and that was 3 days ago. I waited long enough and I did not wanted t o review this until everything was settled. Don not bother to order, Fedex will not handle the package correctly (labeled everywhere as "Fragile") nor it will complete the return because it got damaged along the return process and it will not deliver it as such therefore rendering the return process incomplete and invalidating the return. A nightmare

This item is delivered via fedex- who damaged both of the boxes and ended up not delivering one of them without replacing it. The box that did come had so many pieces (some of which were damaged) that it's not worth hassling with Walmart to replace it. When you call the customer service line on the box they do not answer. I would give this zero stars if I could. I am still trying to get fedex to come pick up the box at the correct address because it is physically too large for me to take in to a fed ex location.

If this review saves another person money, will be worth it. Do not buy this vanity. Took 6 hours to build. Came with scratches and damage to back. Holes not even drilled in some drawers. Looks like cheap acrylic not glass. I already posted it for sale at half the price I paid for it. Not worth keeping.

I took a chance on ordering this item off this site the item is great the mirror came shattered ok things happen I was still happy about my purchase until I talk to Walmart and they said I have to return the whole item well I'm glad I didn't put it together I'm telling you don't order from Walmart site go to a different site or directly to BOAHAUSE Walmart policy is horrible I canceled my membership and everything I will be calling BOAHAUSE to see if they can help Me out with replacing just the mirror

I bought a vanity twice from Bohaus i returned the first one because i didn't receive the second box . and the second vanity had broken and cracked parts . I did not want to return it my daughter insisted on keeping it i just needed a couple of replacement parts. they could not provide that and wanted me to re assemble it and return the whole vanity in order to get my money back Im very disappointed!!!!!!!
