This bag fit alot in it..I carried alot of things that i wanted to have on hand , just in case my carry on bag got misplaced when they had to put carryons in the belly of the plane . It fit under the seat easily..I love it..

17x10x9 is suppose to be the measurements. It's actually 17x13x10 BUT it still fits great under thw seats. Just don't fill it bursting at the zipper. Great value.

It fit on top of my 18 inch travel suitcase with wheels even though a lil bigger straps over handles kept it snug. Also it fit perfectly under the seat

This is a very good quality travel bag. We used it for trip where we weren't allowed any carry on luggage, only personal items with specific size mentioned by airlines. So we were able to save some money by purchasing these bags from the carry on charges. It fits easily under the seat or in the overhead bin.

I was disappointed at first by the non-structure of the case but I realized that not having the weight of many under-the-seat carry-ons was a real benefit. I also like how there weren't tons of pockets because they just add weight and minimize the space available. Very nice!

The bag is pretty flimsy. Thought it would be thicker and more sturdy. But its the only size that United airlines approved.

I was concerned it wld be to big. But it is the perfect size for under seat on plane ! A bit thin on material, but for the price it will do.

Took long trip half way around the world and back. This bag served well. Bag might have been somewhat easier to use if the sides or at least the bottom had been stiffer. Bag has no dividers or compartments and only one small pocket. On the one hand the entire bag is open so you can put a large object inside if necessary. On the other hand I had to organize things in a series of plastic bags in order to locate things inside easily. Bag apparently conforms to under-seat dimensions of US airlines but not that of European airlines. I traveled on both and had no problems with either. Given the price I paid if I only use it once it is still a bargain.

So it's larger than I expected. It doesn't have a firm bottom inside it's an all soft bag. It does have a back loop to slide through handle to attach to your carry on . I wanted something cheap and decent. it is. Waterproof canvas type material

Spoiler Alert - The bag measures 17 x 9 x 12 (not 10) therefore it does NOT meet United Airlines Personal Item requirements. Very disappointed because it clearly states on the website that it is 17 x 9 x 10. I can't use it for United Airlines so I will be returning it which is sad because otherwise I liked the material and how it was constructed.
