I have bought these Boardwalk Center-Pull Commercial Roll Towels many times and have never had any complaints. However, the last box I received in Oct 2024 was not good. The 2 ply sheets kept separating and did not tear off at the perforation as designed. I have one roll left and can see it's going to have the same issue. All 6 rolls had the same issue. It caused a lot of waste and therefore they did not last as long as they normally do. If the next box I order has the same flaw, I will not purchase it again.

ULTRA THIN paper towel
small sheets and they don't tear off easy so much waste-- when you pull they just keep coming-- customers waste them by pulling so many before they tear off. ok for personal use when you pull slow and tear off 1 or 2. no real bargain for business as they are easy to waste.

Disappointed
Very disappointed in these paper towels. These are suppose to be 2 ply, well I would hate to see the 1 ply. These are not thick at all!!! I will shop around some more.
