Its tall,which is AWESOME. My husband is 6' with lots of aches and pains. This helped a lot because hes not bending over to mop and straining his back further. Its a little taller than i need,but i def can work with taller rather than shorter! Lol. Its def the perfect cleaning tool for our family!!

Great that mop heads do not tangle when machine washed. Handle was a little tricky to learn to open but once you get the process it's easy.

Heavy duty mop affordable price

My first industrial mop, requested by one of my experienced employees. I feel once wet, it makes for a heavy mop but it mops large spaces quickly. I am using with a wringer bucket and once the water is squeezed out it cleans very well and covers a large space with little time. The plastic handle may not last if you are using daily but we only mop once weekly after our party room is used. I feel it will hold up at that occasional use very well.

The mop is hollow so on the positive side that makes it lightweight, on the negative side that makes it flimsy. My mop arrived today with a huge dent in it so it cant even make it through the mail undamaged. I doubt it will last once I start using it. If you are looking for sturdy, this mop isnt what you want. If you want a lightweight mop for minor jobs this would work.

The handle that holds the mop head comes apart constantly while mopping the floor. It doesn't matter how you hold or move the mop. So now have to go spend more money on a different style. The metal one looks promising! Being it doesn't have a latch it's a butterfly screw that locks it into place.
