Must have
This item was very easy to put on and takes away the unexpected end of a fishing trip by having your trolling motor rope break. Also the cost through Walmart was 50% cheaper then other retailers.

G -Force Handle
This handle installation only took 5 minutes. It has a coated steel cable instead of the rope that was on my trolling motor. Seems Very strong and durable. Highly recommend.

Essential accessory for a trolling motor
I installed the cable on an older MotorGuide motor. Not the easiest to install since MotorGuide provides so little access to the release attachment. This is the second G-Force I've used. It makes the release and latch process effortless. In my opinion, it should come on a new trolling motor. None of the "ropes" last and they only break when you're on the water and catching fish.

Perfect with modifications
Amazing how much easier it is to raise and lower trolling motor when there is no give in the line. I did replace the flimsy washers with stainless steel 10-20 nuts. The washer did pull through on first pull, not anymore after modification. I would buy again. Already getting one hooked up on my fishing buddy’s boat.

The steel cable and durable handle ensure many years of dependable, worry-free service. And Walmart prices again were the lowest.

Nice piece
Cable design should outlast factory rope,easy to install, nice handle to lift motor, only thing I don't like is the fact that the washer that is supplied pulled right over the ball on the end of the cable, had to add a smaller diameter washer

Ok
The hole in the washer provided was too big and the ball end of the cord kept slipping through. I had to find a smaller holed washer and redo it.
