Bob Harper: Inside Out Method - Pure Burn Super Strength (DVD)

This dvd workout is hard. I am sore from head to toe after working out. This is the first video I have had where he says to hold it, it is intense. It is well worth the pain.

this is an excellent dvd. more bob harper dvd's should be available in stores. the excercises are hard but the pace is steady and you can keep up. Very Important to keep up

I've been working out for years and go to the gym every week but was in search of a more challenging and fun workout at home. I've never really watched Biggest Loser so i didn't expect much but i was surprised at how challenging and fun it was. I definitely recommend this DVD regardless of your fitness level because for beginners it's modified and it's also interesting and hard for the advanced excercisers. So much fun! If you want a hard workout that's not boring, this is definitely the DVD to buy.

I Love this workout DVD. It can be a bit intense, but is manageable. I have enjoyed it since I first started working out a couple years ago. It tones the core, the abs and the arms. I would definately recommend this to my friends (and do)! (This is the hard core side of Bob Harper) :) Another really good DVD that sort of compliments this one is Bob Harper Inside Out Yoga for the Warrior.
