I'm very pleased with my new Green Pan, Bobby Flay series. VERY easy clean-up and it cooks differently than I've ever cooked before. I have a new Induction range and it's perfect for that. Easy to control the heat so no burning.
These pans are so amazing, I cook food on them and does not stick, which is what I was looking for in a new pan. Easy to wash and take care of.
Best little pan, purchased a more expensive pan for my son's birthday and decided i should try the ceramic pan. We absolutely lot it. Now i want eggs for breakfast every day.
I am extremely pleased with my new Bobby Flay by GreenPan Professional Ceramic Nonstick 13-Piece Cookware Set. It has lived up to the company's promises and is worthy of Flay's endorsement. I have found the pans to provide even heating surfaces using my gas stove burners, which is an improvement over the name-brand cookware I replaced. Everything from sautéing garlic to searing meats and scrambling eggs is effortless with my GreenPan products.
This pot is the perfect size for my needs and it wasn't easy to find. I really didn't have much choice. As it turns out, it is the best pot I have ever owned (and I own other GreenPan equipment). I absolutely love it! The lid impressed me the most--the fit is tight, there is no wiggle room, and being able to see through it is icing on the cake. The color blends with all my other equipment. The handle on the pot feels great and well balanced. If I were looking to buy a set or needed another size, the Bobby Flay line would be it.
I bought this to replace some old pans that were not ceramic coated. First of all, I love Bobby Flay and this is a fantastic complete set. I got 3 knives (very sharp), utensils (silicone) and dish pads to prevent scratches from nesting. I have made eggs with this and nothing stuck! I love the feel of the handles and the weight of the pans, too. The weight and feel of the knives are great as well. If you get a chance to buy this for under $100, do it, you'll be happy 😊 😃
The pan seems to work as well as our old Green Pan, which finally got scratched too much after years of use. But it is a "busy" design, seemingly devoted to promoting Bobby Flay. The handle with a rubber envelope is no better than our original, and the extra handle on the other side is not needed. It just reeks of showmanship. But... Green Pans have greatly improved their non-stick coatings, and we are very happy with the performance of the pan and surface coating.
These pans are a joy to use. I love the ceramic finish, they are so easy to cook on and clean. However, I have only had them a few weeks, and have only used silicone spatulas and spoons with them, have felt like I have been extremely careful with them, and yet-I have two small chips in two of the pans. I do nest them in the cabinet, which may have been when the chips happened, but is nesting pans in a cabinet unreasonable use? I am disappointed this has happened. if you get them, buy something to protect the pans while storing them.
So it's way too small. It's the smallest set I have. I have others like PW and Tramontina and this set unfortunately is the smallest I own now. It's cute, knives are good, utensils are ok but I would recommend only if u feed like 2-3 people max. For my big family this is not going to be very practical.
Why is Walmart saying they are dishwasher safe? The ceramic ones are not. Got mine in and it specifically says ceramic is not dishwasher safe. I don't get why it would not be if you can put them in the oven. But the book says do not put in dishwasher. Yet walmart says you can. So who will warranty these if i put in dishwasher surely not walmart and surely not bobby cause it says not to .
