I can honestly say this is one of the best store bought salsas I have tried. It has a nice smoky flavor with some sweetness and a touch of heat. My wife is from Mexico and this is almost as good as her homemade salsa. I kinda ate the entire salsa cup in 2 different sittings because it was so good. The thickness is perfect. A little thick to where it scoops nicely, but you can also just dip your chip straight down and up if you just want to coat it with the juices for flavor. I had fun doing both. Recommend eating with just plain corn chips lightly salted. It really brings out the intended flavors.

Bobby Salazar's medium salsa is good! I prefer his hot green salsa, but it was outta stock. I highly recommend both. Thanks.

Love the taste and consistency. Perfect in recipes and alone with chips. Could be a tad bit warmer - but not too much.

Bobby Salazar's tastes Homemade
This is a simple, smooth salsa. Not thin and watery, and NOT sweet. About the same thickness as typical enchilada sauce. I would say it's on the mild side of Medium Hot. I really like it, because I can taste the fresh cilantro. I add extra garlic. Plus a container of Walmart's "Freshness Guaranteed Mild Pico De Gallo, 10 Oz" to chunk it up. Really GOOD!
