The taste is like if I am eating a pickle. The dill in it is strong and I love it! It is small and you drink in one gulp. A little expensive if I want to keep having it but worth it? Also not available as easy to buy.

Unfortunately it was way too salty- even saltier than pickle juice. The packaging and concept is okay- but I'm not sure anyone wants to drink this before during or after a workout.
