Please could you steer me in the direction of actual GLUTEN FREE of this product. Since the company closed down I'm sad and diligently looking for the “Gluten free”. Version. I know corn itself is GF but sometimes there is a cross contamination from wheat or barley so I'm hoping to get the packages that state “Gluten Free” on it. Thanks so much. Love Bob's Red Mill. I've been using these products for a very long time after being diagnosed with Celiac.

Cornbread and Soup!

Anonymous November 30, 2020

It is very tasty, more flavorful than other brands I have used. I usually use one cup of this combined with 1/2 cup Bob's all purpose gluten free flour or corn flour plus 1/2 cup Bob's gluten free oat bran when making cornbread. Then I let the batter sit for a few minutes before I bake it. It makes a nice hearty cornbread this way. I eat it with bean or veggie soup. Delicious! (It is on the slightly coarse side, so if you like your cornbread to be fine like cake you might not like it.)

Great Gluten-Free Corn Meal!

Anonymous March 12, 2019

A staple that we always have in our home is Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Cornmeal. Probably the best part is that it's certified whole grain, so it helps nourish us and keeps our weight down at the same time. We mostly use the cornmeal to make corn muffins on a regular basis, and they're simple to make, nutritious, and delicious. We'd highly recommend Bob's cornmeal to anyone who likes cornbread or muffins with the added benefit of whole-grain nutrition.

Best Cornmeal

Kerry H December 8, 2021

I enjoy all of your products. Some of them I can get at our local grocery store (Ray's Food Place). Our store manager keeps the shelves well stocked. The only baking soda I use is from you too. I have some special needs when it comes to eating, and you cover them all. thank you.

We usually get our corn meal fresh ground at an old grist mill in one of our State Parks but the grist mill broke down and needs repairs. That put us on the hunt for the next best option. We LOVE this corn meal, it's as close to what we can get from our local mill

My parents grew corn, pigeon peas, beans, sweet potatoes,Yams, pumpkins, okra, and many other fruits and vegetables. The corn meal that Bob red mill remind me of the cornmeal when I was growing up. One whiff of it and I said oh my this is real corn meal. I used to take the shelled corn to the mill to be ground, oh that smelled good. The ones from the store do not come close to that smell of my childhood days. I would certainly buy it again.

My husband and I love your cornbread, and we sure enjoy the brownies I make with the almond flour!! Blessings to Y'all !!! Ed and Michelle.

I love this product. It can be hard to find gluten free products in the stores but Bob's Red Mill carries it all. When I had one of the products damaged when delivered they were very quick to replace it. I'm very happy with the product and the customer service!!!

It's been so difficult to find safe gluten free cornmeal for muffins or cornbread or even cakes, and I love to bake! I was diagnosed with celiac disease in late 2004, so i have to be very careful with everything I buy, including eye drops, medicines, etc.
