Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer Gluten Free
This egg replacement works very well in baking. I have a son and grandson who are allergic to eggs so I started using this years ago. Now I have another son who became a vegan. When eggs were so expensive I'm glad I could use such a good replacement in baked dishes and cakes, cookies and breads.

I do recommend this egg substitite.
This is my second experience using egg substitute, i thought this time I could cook it as a real one, but it works mostly for breading some foods. still I think it is the worth to use it.
