My kids have an egg allergy and they can't eat baked goods with eggs. They often feel left out during birthday and limited to what the can have. I bought this to try and bake things they can also enjoy. I must say you can't even tell there is no egg in the baked goods. I definitely recommend. One of the best egg replacements I've used.
Using a powder is easier than cracking eggs, and this way I'll always have eggs when I don't have any because of some bird flu or whatever! For me, at least, there's no difference in flavor in the resulting pancakes or breads, etc, because I like things that require lots of other ingredients. The Banana Bread I made was great, for example.
I also use this as an egg wash Glad Walmart has without additional shipping But found out Sam's has it for a whole lot cheaper
I made chocolate chip muffins first. They came out exactly like they would with real eggs. And tastes exactly the same. Be sure and let the egg mixture completely thicken before adding to your batter. I'll definitely purchase again. It is pricy, but eggs are a lot more expensive right now.
I made chocolate chip cookie. Absolutely delicious. This is a great product.
No longer have to crack an egg when baking or wonder if I can bake something when low on eggs.
Works just as good as real eggs.
It does make the cake a little fluffy, just like you've added eggs. Simple ingredients too. very easy to use. I dont know if I'll buy it again when i run out but for now, I'm gonna add it to every cake i bake
product will not disolve, will not buy again.
This product is horrible! It sticks to anything it comes in contact with. I tried to make an omelet, but the result looked like something from a horror film. The flavor also left much to be desired. if I had to describe it with a single word, it would be blech!
