Great cookies
This flour was very good for baking my holiday cookies without gluten. They all turned out well and the recipes needed no real modification.

Best Pie Crust
It doesn't even need a qualifier that it's "gluten free." Made 5 pies for a wedding and they turned out flaky and tender. I tried Bob's baking mix with xanthan gum already in it (main flour rice instead of garbanzo bean) and it was not as tender. Really pleased with this mix.

Yucky..
I made this for regular chocolate chip cookies, the garbanzo flour overpowered every other flavor.. tasted like garbanzo cookies. It was disgusting. I am going to stick to mixing my own gluten free mix from now on. It was so sad and SO disappointing.

Again, Wal Mart failed
This product came opened in the delivery box. I not only lost the item but it also left a huge mess in my apartment. Truly disappointed.
