These cookies were so delicious. They held their shape while baking and you couldn't tell that they were gluten free. Next batch I order I will put nuts in them.

We love this mix. I'm an avid gluten free baker ( gluten free house for 4 years now) and this is the only baking mix that we still use. It's consistent in quality and my teens can make their own cookies!!! We can make a few batches and sandwich them with ice cream for yummy gluten free ice cream sandwiches....they disappear rapidly. These taste like a classic bakery chocolate chip cookie. Please never stop making this mix!!

These cookies taste wonderful! They are so easy to make! I mix up the dough with water, egg, and butter. Then, I divide the dough into small portions. Next, I roll the divided dough in wax paper and then tuck them into the fridge or freezer for later. I then pull out a small portion to unchill or thaw at a time. Finally, I bake them for about 12 minutes. It works perfect for my husband and I to have a hot fresh cookies as a treat once in awhile. Or, they are ready for a surprise guest or friend that needs a little treat! This way, it helps with our portion control, meets dietary needs for gluten free, and a sweet treat for others in a pinch! I also add walnuts since it's a favorite of ours or if I know it is for others.

I bought these GF cookies because of the high quality ingredients. I think they are soooo good. However when I make them, I make them without any eggs or oil. The only other ingredients that I add when I make them is half of a banana, half of an apple and 1/4 to 1/2 cup water then I mix it up in my vitamix blender until it purées and pour over the top of the packaged ingredients. They turn out amazing so soft and chewy. Also the best part is my kids love them.

I do not care about the gluten free part. It is just an added bonus. This mix has high quality ingredients with just the right ratios to make the perfect chocolate chip cookie. Using high quality butter and eggs, these are some of the best chocolate cookies I have ever had!

This is mine and my husband's favorite mix...and when the stores around us quit stocking it for some reason we were so disappointed that we just started ordering it online because everything else we tried just didn't quite do it for us. My sister who dislikes all gluten-free stuff tried these because I didn't tell her that they were gluten-free and ended up eating half the batch in one go and now only wants me to make these when we get together.
