These cookies were so delicious. They held their shape while baking and you couldn't tell that they were gluten free. Next batch I order I will put nuts in them.

Best gluten free chocolate chip cookie mix on the market! I am asked for the recipe all the time and no one knows they are gluten free! Great consistency and they brown like a cookie should. Crunchy on the outside but that perfect chew in the middle. I am afraid that now that I spilled the beans it will sell out again!!

Decided to give these a shot, was hesitant due to gluten free; I figured they had no taste. How surprised was I, couldn't even tell the difference. Now on my 3rd bag. Gave it to my nephews and they ate them all up, didn't even know they were gluten free.

Excellent! Truth be told this this was my first chocolate chip cookie since the pandemic began And it was delicious. Crisp on the inside and a little gooey inside. Perfect I was afraid to make the whole batch at once, so I did prepare the mix and put it in a container in the fridge Let's see how that goes

This would be a 5 star review if only the chocolate chips didn't have soy in them. The cookies themselves came out splendidly, even with the egg replacement rather then eggs (so as to be vegan), but multiple people at the event couldn't eat them because of soy allergies. We want to make them again, but having to sift out the chocolate chips (which are many, which is great!) and replace them with our own will probably keep us from buying this mix very often.

I was curious to try the mix. Baking cookies by scratch gluten free is always a challenge so this mix was so fast and very convenient. I did half ghee and half coconut oil and I threw in some white chocolate chips. The cookies were just as delicious as my homemade and soo much faster . My husband loved them. Thank you, Bob's Red Mill. Everything I order from you is amazing!

It's best to just make them yourself from scratch. I wanted to try it once and I did. I don't like the taste and texture

Zero flavor. They look ok as a cookie but why go to the trouble of turning on the stove. They have an institutional texture and chocolate chips taste like imitation chocolate. I have taken pro baking classes and am an avid home baker who adores baking and eating chocolate chip cookies. Many gluten-free recipes reference Bob's Red Mill, so I thought I'd try it. These are about the worst chocolate chip cookies I have ever tasted. I don't understand the rave reviews. These are not for the discerning cookie lover, gluten-free, or not. . As there are other options out there-- skip it! .
