We always have this CC cookie mix on hand!! Make it as individual cookies or as a giant cookie for a birthday. Always gets rave reviews from everyone!!
These cookies were so delicious. They held their shape while baking and you couldn't tell that they were gluten free. Next batch I order I will put nuts in them.
Our favorite cookie mix! Great flavor and moisture.
This is an excellent chocolate chip cookie mix. At first it seemed a little difficult to blend, but I used an electric mixer and that worked better. I added some almond extract, shredded coconut and chopped nuts. They turned out delicious! We do not necessarily need to eat gluten free, but it is so much healthier.
This is mine and my husband's favorite mix...and when the stores around us quit stocking it for some reason we were so disappointed that we just started ordering it online because everything else we tried just didn't quite do it for us. My sister who dislikes all gluten-free stuff tried these because I didn't tell her that they were gluten-free and ended up eating half the batch in one go and now only wants me to make these when we get together.
These are the best chocolate chip cookies ever! We have to eat gluten free at our home and I thought eating homemade cookies was over with due to the difficulty of putting recipes together that would turn out. Not these cookies. They are super good. I made a batch and two friends who are not gluten free came over and saw them. They mowed through them. I told them they were gluten free and they could not believe it. I usually add extra chips and also a lot of pecan pieces because that's how I like them, but even without they are great. I use a small ice cream scoop to get them to be the same size and have them a little taller as opposed to flattening out.
I added this to my online order for oatmeal on a whim. Turns out this simple mix makes great chocolate chip cookies, perfect for the current lockdown situation. I shared with several friends (dropping them off while maintaining the recommended distance). Today I'm sending a bag of hard to find items to friends who just returned to LA, including a pkg of this mix!
I love these cookies. The recipe, however, is missing two necessary steps steps 5 and 6. Without these steps, the cookie dough spreads across the cookie sheet, and you get flat cookies. To keep them from spreading, all you need to do is refrigerate the dough, once it's made. I like to make it in the evening, wrap it in plastic and refrigerate it until morning. The second important step is to spread a piece of parchment baking paper across the baking sheet before you place the cookie dough on the sheet. If you were happy with the cookies before adding these two steps, you will be even happier once you add them!
I was curious to try the mix. Baking cookies by scratch gluten free is always a challenge so this mix was so fast and very convenient. I did half ghee and half coconut oil and I threw in some white chocolate chips. The cookies were just as delicious as my homemade and soo much faster . My husband loved them. Thank you, Bob's Red Mill. Everything I order from you is amazing!
This would be a 5 star review if only the chocolate chips didn't have soy in them. The cookies themselves came out splendidly, even with the egg replacement rather then eggs (so as to be vegan), but multiple people at the event couldn't eat them because of soy allergies. We want to make them again, but having to sift out the chocolate chips (which are many, which is great!) and replace them with our own will probably keep us from buying this mix very often.
