A High-Quality GF bread mix in a Ccass all its own!
One of the best, overall, commercial GF bread mixes I have found over the past 20 years. I especially appreciate the fact that it is not "just white bread". Great with hearty foods. Tastes, smells, and looks like a quality whole grain bread - Bob is certainly in a class of his own with this product!

Favorite
My favorite whole grain GF bread, very dense and easy to make. I substitute eggs with flax eggs and oil with applesauce. Good toasted or untoasted.

Good stuff.
This is good bread when you need to go gluten free. It is easy to mix by hand. I used a cookie rack over slow cooker to rise. It worked well.
