Delicious Masa
This Masa Harina makes very tasty tortillas. It's easy to work with and the recipe on the back of the package is simple to do. My husband loves Mexican food and is picky about his tortillas. He couldn't stop eating these! I only wish it came in a White Corn version too.

Best corn masa I have had.
This masa harina corn flour is the best I have ever had. Top quality product from Bob's Red Mill. I will definitely buy more and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to a true pure corn masa. God bless you guys and thank you very much!

High Quality Corn Flour
Like all of Bob's products, this flour is of such high quality. If you want your tortillas to turn out perfectly formed and taste like traditional corn tortillas, then this is the flour for you. If you make them out of another flour, you'll be able to tell the difference right away. I wouldn't use any other brand.

Tortillas on the grill - yummy
We're counting our first attempt at making home made tortillas a success. Researched recipes and ended up using the one on the bag plus 2 tbsp olive oil. TorCooked the tortillas on the grill (which required some fancy timing between pressing and grilling). Important note: tortillas are flammable! Ended up with some delicious fish tacos.
