I LOVE this mix... just as I expected since I am rarely let down with Bob's Red Mill mixes. I will definitely buy it again! If you read the reviews and notice there are so many different opinions on if these are fudgy or not, rest assured that the instructions on the back of the bag include how much time it will take to bake for fudgy style or more cakey style brownies. So don't worry! They will turn out exactly how YOU like them!

This brownie mix made a truly decadent batch of brownies. Fair warning, to use the whole mix takes a huge amount of butter or oil (I was shocked--maybe I just don't make brownies often enough to know). I ended up using half butter and half coconut oil, and the result was incredible--gooey and delicious. It might just be my little oven, but it took longer to bake through than stated on the package. I love that it is full of all the nutrients of almonds as it is made with almond flour--I don't think anyone would guess, unless they notice that it doesn't have any of the dryness that typical flour brownies sometimes have. This is truly a mix to bring out for special occasions.

This year I went on a grain-free diet (don't ask 😅) and purchased this to quench the sweet tooth I don't really have. I then completely forgot about it till last week when I finally baked them brownies, since the expiration day was nearing. OH MY GOD why didn't I bake this sooner?! The finished product was so good I had a piece every day! I used coconut butter as fat and it worked fantastically. So good. Totally would recommend for a fudgey almost guilt free treat. I've tried several of this brand's products over the years and I believe quality is quite ok for a commercial product.

I have purchased this brownie mix several times. Each time the browines come out amazing. Like with most brownie mixes you can add things to jazz up your experience. I like to put a little cinnamon and clove to add a bit of flavour. This is a great and easy gluten free mix, that I like to keep in my pantry. If you want your brownies to be a bit fudgier, just add an additional egg, if you want them a bit more cakey then just bake them a few minutes than the listed time, but with a temp a smidge lower than the listed temp. I also commonly bake these in cupcake tins instead of a 9x9 dish, the bake time is typically just a bit lower than the listed time on the box. Overall those that I have fed these brownies to have loved the taste, and I appreciate that they meet my dietary restrictions. The base flour in this mix is almond meal/flour, so it adds a little bit more protein than a typical flour based brownie.

Very easy to make. I chose to make the fudgey brownies. They are very chocolatey and intense. So they lasted quite a while. After about 3 days I decided to freeze the remainder (already cut) so they wouldn't dry out or go off. I would just pull one out of the freezer and eat it without thawing. And wow, they were even better that way. They were like fudge! Next time I make them I'll probably eat one or two warm, but freeze the rest of the batch right away. Highly recommended.

I made these for friends. Although I prefer other brownie mixes, my friends loved this. It came out more cake like, thick and spongy like. I usually like the more chewy style. I would still be willing to buy because it was a hit with friends but it would be better if the price was a little better.

Tastes as good as the ones i make on my own. Saves me a lot of time to get healthy brownies by just using the mix. But, i would not use coconut oil , as suggested un the recipe, as not many would like the taste. If you want brownies and cannot take gluten , this is a good choice.

I love the ingredients and was happy with the fudgy consistency when they were cooked, they tasted ok, but not my favourite, I prefer Otto's Brownie mix. In saying that I will still buy these again as its hard to find things with good ingredients and no nasty fillers etc.
