The hemp seeds are good tasting. A little sweet. Not like sugar sweet. Perfect for adding to cereal or oatmeal. I do like Bobs Red Mill products. Order arrived sooner than expected. Well pleased on that!

I like adding this product to my morning protein shake after my workout. I'm not big on adding a bunch of stuff to my shakes because I like to keep the calories low (water, ice, small amount almond milk) so this is perfect because it blends easily (NutriBullet) so my shake is more filling. I keep reading all good things about Hemp - give this a try! Good for our bodies!!

I wanted to try these because of all the nutrition they provide. It isn't necessary to grind them to access these micronutrients, just sprinkle them on and enjoy the crunchy goodness! I adore them. I store them in my freezer in an airtight container and grab when I want (which is often). Thanks for the opportunity.

Hemp seed hearts are great tasting & have many added health benefits. I use them every morning with my fruit & yogurt as well as often using them on salads & mixed in with other dishes. I even occasionally eat them straight from my spoon! I love the taste! Would highly recommend Hemp Seeds to everyone!!

These hulled hemp seed hearts are delicious in oatmeal, soup, salad, baked potatoes, quinoa and smoothies! I'm sure I'll try them in other foods as well! They have a nutty taste and provide extra protein. I must confess... sometimes I put them in a small bowl and just use a spoon! Yummy!

Nice and chewy, nutlike taste, adds protein to your dry cereal or hot cereal. they are too expensive to use a cup of them to make something like muffins but if you can afford that i bet it would be yummy. I use a teaspoon or more on my oatmeal or other cereal. taste good, good for you, what else is there, eh?

These are a great source of protein and many other nutrients, and I love Bob's Red Mill because it's owned by employees; and the company is always listening to customers and doing good things like not using soil that might be tainted with harmful chemicals!

I guess I should have read more carefully. I was going to use it in a picky eater's cooked cereal. It had very small pieces of hull in the product so visually not good and it promoted several trips to the bathroom. Did not know of the laxative effect.
