Bob's Red Mill, Homemade Wonderful Gluten Free Bread Mix, 16 oz

I needed this for a recipe. Glad I found it!

Bob's nailed this one! After many exhausting attempts at making gluten-free bread, I decided to try this mix and I couldn't be happier! The instructions call for the bread to bake at up to 90 minutes or until the internal temperature is 210 degrees Fahrenheit. I baked mine at 350 in a gas convection oven on the middle rack and it was done in 56 minutes.

If you are a persons who bakes bread or rolls of any kind and have been struggling to find the right flour blend?search no further?you've found it. I've been searching for 7 years and am over the moon excited at how my breads & rolls have turned out since finding this mix!!

I tried this the old fashioned way with out my bread maker and was very easy. Not a lot of prep time, mix in a bowl, let it rise and in the oven, It came out golden brown , was very easy to slice for toast and sandwiches. i just bought 6 more bags to have now the cold weather is here as nothing smells better than fresh bread. Simply the Best Gluten Free Bread ever !!

This is the best gluten free bread I have ever had. Finding it stopped me buying all the tasteless rice-flour based junk in the grocery stores. When baked with room temperature eggs, this bread rises to a delicious, classic looking loaf of bread. The consistency and taste are excellent - like gluten containing bread (or at least my memory of it). I add 1/4 cup of ground flax for some more fiber. I love that this is made out of primarily sorghum instead of rice or corn flour, which is so much better for you; and has no garfava flour in it, which in my opinion makes everything taste gross. My only complaint is that it has been so hard to find this during the pandemic. I don't want to have to go back to store-bought bread! (BTW- mine bakes beautifully in an hour.)

We have tried many gluten free bread mixes and have always been disappointed until we found this mix. Best bread ever. We have even used Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer instead of egg and each time the bread turned out perfect. We highly recommend this product and Bob's Mill Egg Mill Replacer

Amazing! Finally a GF bread that tastes like bread and produces large slices! Wonderful texture and delicious for a sandwich or cinnamon toast. Having three family members recently diagnosed with celiac, Bob's Red Mill mixes have been a Godsend. Thank you!

This product is advertised as a count of 4 and ships you a single package. These packs sell for around 4-5 dollars a bag in town. I added to Walmart order expecting to receive the quantity that was advertised. Walmart said it was a third party issue and didnt seem to care. Stay away from seller seems to be a reseller scammer. See picture for quantity advertised.

I am not complaining about the mix itself. It's the best I found. What I am upset about is that you can order a box of four of the bread packages from Amazon for around $24. When I saw this which advertised “count of four“ I believed I was getting four of these for $16 and was really happy with my find. When it was delivered, I got one bag. It should not say “count of four” anywhere on it. It should just say one count of one. Until this is remedied, nobody should buy this bread mix from this contracted company (Downtown Fulfillment) through Walmart. Deceitful Advertising (see first picture of advertisement and second for what was received.)

Great product! However - clearly states “count 4” with a 4 above it. Product is one single bag of mix. Not a four pack.
