I am really enjoying this oatmeal, it cooks and taste like real oatmeal! The last one I tried, it wouldn't even cook down and it was like eating shredded paper, never would cook down, it was horrible!

I only eat this Instant rolled oats they are a quick and convenient breakfast option. They cook in 3 minutes and have a soft, creamy texture. Quality and ingredients are good. I use it for my breakfast. So easy to make. Just pour boiling water into the oats in cup. Cover. After a while I added iherb organic coconut sugar (naturally light sweet) .. tastes very pleasant. Smells good. I love it as it's so easy to make in the morning, if we are rushing, and we also can't drink coffee due to caffeine! A good substitute drink which is beneficial for our heart. So glad I found this on iherb. Bob's oats are always good.
