Bob's Red Mill Organic Hot Creamy Wheat Cereal, 24 oz

This organic cream of wheat was fantastic! I've missed eating it since I was a child because other manufacturers have so many chemicals. Yours is so great because it's non-GMO and it's organic! It's wonderful thank you! I already ordered more😋

Have always used another brand, Farina. But decided to try this after seeing its been unavailable for some time. I love this brand. Great products, packaging is great although I'd prefer recyclable materials. Quality of product is excellent. Taste is great, so creamy and good price. Excellent for breakfast which i give to my kids for the added iron benefits.

Arrived within the week. No hassle. Easy prep.

What's not to like about this brand, I wasn't able to find this at my local Safeway and when I searched online it came up on iHerb and without a thought I ordered 2. It cooks fast, great tasting and a very healthy breakfast, I top it with some maple syrup and berries and it makes a nice filling breakfast for my kids.

I grew up eating a different brand of wheat cereal and I expected this one to be similar. The flavor of Bob's Red Mill is just as good as what I'm used to, but the texture is so much better. It really is creamy -- not grainy. I cook mine in the microwave, pausing to stir about every 30 seconds (if you don't, it will clump together). The instructions recommend adding salt, but I add stevia and cinnamon.

I appreciate that this is organic, but the grind is very fine, much finer than the popular brands found in grocery stores. Therefore, the consistency is something I wasn't used to and therefore, didn't end up being a replacement for the "cream of wheat" I was looking for. The texture was a deal breaker. it became almost "glue-like" and flavor/taste was very bland. I know Bob's Red Mill to be of top quality so I have no doubt about the quality of the wheat. It's just the extremely fine grind texture and bland taste didn't work out for me. I'd still love to find a truly organic hot wheat cereal with a similar grind to the tried and true cream of wheat brand. Ingredients are clean and pure; grind/texture and flavor was a deal breaker for me. Anyway, I have no doubt this is a great brand, with pure ingredients, it just didn't work out as the organic replacement I was looking for.

As healthy as it is to eat cream of wheat, it drastically lacks in taste. Unfortunately you're obliged to add a lot additional ingredients like sugar, honey, fruit, and/or grains to actuel eat it. Been eating this cream since I was a child, and unfortunately I not only bought 1 bag but I bought 2 bags which remain in my closet since I probably won't eat it again. Sorry
