This organic all-purpose flour has quickly become a staple in my kitchen! The quality and taste are noticeably better than standard flour, giving baked goods a fresh, wholesome flavor every time. The texture is incredibly smooth and finely sifted, making it easy to mix into batters and doughs without clumping. From cookies to breads, everything turns out soft, fluffy, and delicious. A fantastic choice for anyone who loves baking with high-quality ingredients!
This is a great flower. I always use King Arthur's but I tried this one and like it just as well. It's nice to know. I have two options. I use organic flowers as well as gluten flowers to have a variety of different kind of breads, cakes, pies, cookies, and so on. Great value, I recommended to anyone to try.
After using imported French flour for a couple of years (only for the stricter EU standards), I'm thrilled to find this. I can buy American and get great quality. It is a bit higher in protein so I will have to adjust some recipes. Thank goodness I found a good ORGANIC brand I can trust.
Over the last few years I've been more careful about the quality of basic pantry items in my home and after a LOT of research, I've found that Bob's Red Mill Flour (all of them) are the best quality on the market. At first I thought the taste difference was minimal until my children and grandchildren began to comment on the difference in my baked goods. “What are you doing differently, these taste fresher somehow” kinds of comments. It's a little pricier than basic supermarket flour available (and can be purchased from the Bob's Red Mill website at 20-30 percent less that the market) but in this instance, you really do get what you pay for.
What a difference this flour made to my bread. I was using cheaper flour (grocery store brand) and my bread was tasteless. It is more expensive but was so worth it! I also feel better using it because it is organic. Bob's Red Mill products never disappoint!
Let me start by saying this, I quit flour a long time ago because I felt I couldn't find a healthier option that I truly liked and felt confident in than bleached white flour. I saw this online and decided to give it a try. Here's why I'm so hyped about it. The textures nicely grind and feels just like regular flour and doesn't leave the grainy feel in food. This flour is made from red wheat. Red wheat is known for helping support digestive health, helps manage ones blood sugar, provides sustained energy, and it can contribute to aiding weight management. These key benefits are YES for me across the board!
I love that flour is still made without all the crap. The price is higher than crap flour, however, the decision to choose better ingredients pays off in the long run. I wish the price was better however. It is really awful to charge more for less ingredients/healthier options. I have since found the generic version and switched. (Wal-Mart brand organic flour) as it is the SAME one ingredient. For the price of one bag of flour, I can make about five loaves of better for my family bread.
Bought a bread machine and started making my own bread , so we can have good bread without all of the preservatives and other junk. This flour makes wonderful bread!
love the bobs red mill organic flour however it has shrunk I still have a flour bobs red mill flour bag from 3 years ago and the bags have shrunk while the price for this flour has tripled ,I may have to look into alternative flour this is outrageous the price has skyrocketed
I use this to make my homemade mayo and ranch because the flavor is milder. The extra virgin leaves a bit of a taste with it. Repeat order.. it's not organic but I prefer for mayo and ranch dressing
