Bob's Red Mill Paleo Muesli, 14 Oz

Love it! I originally tried this because of the abundance of coconut, because it is one of my favorite ingredients and so many mueslis don't have enough. But this Paleo mix has such a wonderful combination of 10 fruits, nuts, and seeds, that I add some to my oatmeal or whole grain cooked cereal and other times I mix it in with a plainer muesli. It's also great to have a handful for a quick snack or pick-me-up when I'm on the go.

This is the best Bob's has to offer! This is mostly coconut and seeds which I love to mix with my homemade granola to top on yogurt, make a trail mix, I use it a alone to top smoothie bowls and salad...everything!

Love the ingredients. I'm a big fan of coconut and usually there isn't enough of it in other basic muesli or granolas to suit my taste. I really enjoy this by itself or mixed with other muesli or cereal-especially good as an additive to oatmeal. Just the right combination of dried fruits and nuts. A great snack too.

My Dad (91-year-old), has a variety of health issues. In creating a healthier menu for him, I found Bob's Red Mill Paleo Style Muesli. Not only does my Dad enjoy it for breakfast, he nibbles on it for snacks. Happy to report, since changing my Dad's diet, his health check numbers are the best yet!

I am a vegetarian who is trying to avoid gluten and grains. I make vegan chia pudding and when I am ready to eat it I add Paleo granola, fruit and this cereal. So good! On days I don't have chia pudding made up, I use this as a basis for my cereal and add some regular Paleo granola for crunch. It's a dynamic duo!

I for breakfast use 1/3 cup and add occasionally a little shredded coconut then add about 1 cup of plain kefir and one cup of frozen blueberries or red raspberries and once in a while frozen strawberries. Then let it soak for about 1/2 an hour. Then I enjoy my breakfast. The added coconut helps hold the mixture i a single phase.

TOO, TOO much coconut flakes versus balance and amount of remaining ingredients. The flavor is only coconut. If you alter the balance and LOWER (REDUCE) amount of coconut flakes, please advise. I am mixing mine with grapefruit juice to dampen the COCONUT.

The bag I received was almost all coconut flakes, very little nuts/seeds and scant fruit pieces. Too expensive just for coconut flakes. Never buying this again. Sticking to original muesli.

If you're looking for a big bowl of coconut flakes, this is the cereal for you. I felt like I wasted my money paying for overpriced flaked coconut with a handful of nuts and dried fruit thrown in. Three months later the bag is about seven eighths uneaten and I don't see that changing. Dry, chewy, unpalatable.

Don't bother with this paleo version. Cereal is not grain free, that's the first hint that something is wrong here. The second is that it's more expensive than 10k gold per ounce. This is basically high end trail mix. Get trail mix if you want trail mix. If you want muesli buy the regular muesli for an eighth of the price. If you like this trail mix but not the cost, buy some trail mix and add macadamia nuts.
