Here's another high quality Bobs Red Mill product. The ingredient is rolled oats and that's it! Great size package. Great for breakfast, or in many recipes like cookies, meatloaf, etc. To make overnight oats, put oats, milk, add in fruit or whatever you like. Put in fridge overnight and in the morning you have a delicious healthy way to start your day.
I have been buying store brand quick oats but they don't have the flavor and creamy texture as Bob's. It's a good size for the price and I eat them every morning for breakfast with fruit. The oatmeal stays with me and I don't feel hungry until lunch time.
This is, as you probably know, a trusted brand from a very good company. The oats are excellent and I love having a good supply in the pantry, especially before the winter. I use 1/3 of a cup with a little ground flax and ground Chia seeds to make my mixed grain/seed hot cereal. I add powdered ginger, powdered cinnamon, a couple of pecans, some currants, and blueberries. It's delicious, filling, and keeps me satisfied for at least a few hours. In addition, there's no added sugar. My preferred method is to mix everything except the nuts, currents, and blueberries with a cup of purified water, microwave it for two minutes, stir, and add in the nuts, currents, and top with the blueberries. Highly recommended.
use it for overnight oats for kids. better than traditional rolled oats which are more suitable for adults
Personally, I like this better than Quaker. Its easy to cook, tastes great, and easy to eat. I like that there is only one ingredient.
I love these rolled oats, I have them for breakfast every day. I just add boiling water to them and let them sit in a covered bowl for a few minutes and they turn out great. I usually buy Red Mill because the quality and taste is better than other products.
Best brand of rolled oats. I keep these in stock all the time. Quality is really good compared to Quaker Oats that have husk in it that gets caught in my throat. I never find husk or anything wrong with this brand. The ziploc for packaging is great, keeps it fresh till the end which is about 2 weeks of eating every morning. Can't recommend it enough.
Just discovered the great value offered on iHerb for my favourite breakfast brand! This is my go to porridge oat and it takes only 2 min in the microwave to get it nice and soft. The nutritional value is good and I can add what I want to it in the mornings for a bit of variety. It cooks easily and the most importanly, quickly!
I love the Bob's Red Mill brand. I love to eat oats. I'm severely anemic so I crave/eat raw oats. Whether I cook it, make overnight oats or eat it raw, this is my favorite brand. It's good quality, tastes great and packaged well in a resealable bag. I eat oats for breakfast and snack on it through out the day.
This is a good deal compared with local grocery stores. I really like Bobs brand and satisfied with amount, quality and price. I will buy next time as well
