A nice way to start the day. Mix 3 parts of steel cut with one part Bob's Red Mill Scottish Oats into 1 part milk and 2 parts boiling water, then simmer. Gives great fiber, but creamier texture. Takes your favorite toppings well too.

I store the leftovers in the fridge. I serve with brown sugar, pumpkin spice, milk, and whatever fruit I have on hand (usually sliced bananas).
