Wheat Substitute
This is an excellent replacement for wheat flour. I use it for all of my baked goods and breading of meats. Bob's Red Mill is my favorite brand. I get fast delivery from Walmart.com on most items.

This is my second purchase of this and I guess I should have known not to order food products on line. The first package I received had a cut in the package and flour was everywhere. They replaced it with a second package of flour and it is expired. Walmart is great with shipping and getting my items to me quickly but, poor on quality.

This is typically the only almond flour I buy but I know now go check the expiration on everything I get delivered from Walmart. I just placed this order 3/24/22 and the expiration date is 2/23/22
