I wrote a review for this before but here it is again. Buttermilk is an ingredient for baking that is not used that often - so if I buy a quart of buttermilk, I end up wasting the last of it because recipes don't use that much. I love being able to make just the amount I need for a recipe and then there is no waste.

I use it in all my recipes that require dairy, and everything comes out lighter. Just mix exactly what you need. No waste here, like with the Fresno buttermilk. It is also fabulous for marinating chicken or turkey! So juicy and tender! The best thing ever!!!

Love it, it's has excellent ingredients, no fillers. I like to use to make home made Ranch salad dressing. Over a year ago I ended up with two kittens and made mixed this product with watered down heavy whipping cream to syringe nourish the mama abandoned babies. They grew up very healthy. I am very disappointed when were out for a long time. I'm glad finally had it back in stock and ordered two bags. It's also good to use in some recipes.

Great stuff the convenience of making whatever amount of buttermilk needed without any waste is a no brainer!! This buttermilk powder is the best thing since sliced bread!! And that was quite an ordeal getting to that!! Thank you for top quality products like this amazing buttermilk powder!!

This product is a complete wallet and time saver for me! All too often, I have to buy at least a quart of buttermilk for a recipe that calls for tablespoons. Now, I don't have to worry about wasting good buttermilk or scrambling to come up with ideas to utilize the remainder. Bob's Buttermilk powder gives me that freedom to make a batch of biscuits, pancakes, even salad dressings in the quantities I want. Buy it, you won't regret it. My next project is Buttermilk Donuts WOOOOWOOOO!

I keep powdered buttermilk on hand for baking. Not having to refrigerate is nice and it works well in my recipes. My only ding on this product is the nutritional information on the back - I weigh everything when I bake and it would make my life easier to have grams/tablespoon (or teaspoon).

Package delivered, it was wrapped in a separate bag because the original package had a tear in it. Not sure on using this item. It is no longer sealed from the factory.

Disappointing! Perhaps my expectations were not realistic for a powdered product. Little texture. Tastes like flavored powdered milk, not at all like any buttermilk I have had previously. I purchased this for baking recipes thinking I could avoid the additives so common in "butter milk" as I usually find in the grocery store. While, I expect, it has no non-milk additives it has no texture other than that of water. I would not purchase this again.

The consistency of the prepared buttermilk is far too thin resulting in a denser baked good. I tried increasing the amount of powder with similar results. I bake with buttermilk often and this product disappoints. Bob's makes alot of great products but this isn't one of them.
