this is a product I'm going to incorporate in my bread making I'm so glad I can get through Walmart instead through Swanson website thanks Walmart this is a good nutrition for the body great price good source of fiber low carbs can use this in muffins pancakes or even use to sprinkle on top of casseroles and cobblers.

Greatest Thing Out There for Irregularity
IMO, for me personally it's the best thing to take for irregularity. I sprinkle it on cream of wheat cereal and love the combination of textures.

Excellent source of dietary fiber
Wheat bran is an excellent source of dietary fiber. People need fiber in their diet. Bran tends to keep a person regular. Bran is mostly tastless and dry by itself, but mixed into cereal and other foods this is not noticable.

Bob's Mill Never Disappoints
Bob's Mill has a great, trusted line of products. We enjoy their wheat bran, oatmeal and various other items often. We've never been disappointed. Great value for the money.
