Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Teff, 24 oz

A wonderful mineral-rich African grain, easy to digest, I include it in my morning porridge. The flavour is hearty, a bit nutty, a great taste.

Product is good. I like Bobs red mill and enjoy teff grain. Problem with description. Says case of 4. You receive only one package not four. Misleading ad.

We love having Teff porridge for breakfast whenever we feel like we want to take an oatmeal break. I like to blend it after cooking it for a smoother consistently. Then we top it with cocoa powder, maple syrup, walnuts, almond or peanut butter, and banana!

Great "super grains" from my favorite brand Bob's Red Mill. I read that teff is rich in trace elements (like iron). I make porridge and pilaf with vegetables from it. I really like teff. Teff and quinoa are now my favorite grains for making porridges. Recommend!

I'm a huge oats fan mainly, heard a lot about teff and was my first time trying this. Very impressed and very similar texture and cooking process to cream of wheat with the same digestive power as oatbran. Nice strong hearty taste with this and highly nourishing. Takes slightly longer to cook about 10-15minutes so just best to leave on a simmer for then. Definitely worth giving a shot if you have not tried before. Unique ingredient overall. Big shoutout to iHerb for always re-upping on their stock and adding new products consistently!!!

I'm a big fan of both Teff and Amaranth, but Teff is my favorite. They both are complete proteins and I usually mix one or the other (sometimes both) with steel-cut oats for breakfast, with some frozen fruit, nuts and some ground flaxseed... delicious and super nutritious. I usually cook up a cup of oats and teff each (and/or amaranth), and I'm set for the week. I really like shopping at iHerb, they get the orders shipped fast, and the prices are very good!

I thought I ordered flour, but made a mistake and ordered Teff grain. I gave them to a friend, and she made me a small bowl of hot cereal for me. It is naturally gluten free and the texture is really nice ! Not a strong flavor, but mild. I will make injera bread with the Teff Flour that I just ordered.

An interesting product. Based on the suggested cooking recipe, I'm not sure if this is something where one package would serve a family for a long time, but because I'm just feeding one person, it's a good size. I tried to use it one time and made enough for 4 days😅. The taste is interesting but something that I think I like.

Another quality product from Bob's Red Mill. I like to use it as an alternative to rice and quinoa. It tastes delicious and is packed with nutrients. Comes in an easy to reseal package but you can easily transfer it to a container as well. Great value! Five stars!

I started enjoying this in the mornings with my daughter after her pediatrician recommended it as a non-dairy way to increase her calcium intake. I love the toasty, earthy taste and calcium and iron boost it provides. This product has been hard to find in stores and I was thrilled to find it on iHerb for a good price. I love it with a little honey and I sometimes mix in chia seeds. Highly recommend.
