This is awesome the self empty actually works I love that you can set up to 7 times for it to clean and every time it goes back to base it empties batter lasts a very long time maybe uses 10% of batter a cleaning cycle it's very good for sensing stuff and not bumping into stuff or getting stuck

I absolutely love this unit! After using a PetHair SLAM for two years, I recently moved it upstairs when I moved to a larger place. Enter the Orb-i – a complete game changer! No more bending down to clean, and the dustbin bag is so generous that I haven't had to change it yet. It looks like it will last quite a while longer. The charging and dustbin station is perfectly sized, fitting snugly under my coffee table. I hardly notice the unit on a day-to-day basis, as it usually runs while I'm not home. The only thing I do notice is the incredible sense of cleanliness it provides! Thank you again, Bobsweep, for yet another awesome product!

This is invaluable as I had a medical procedure %26 couldn't vacuum afterward. I now use it about twice a week to get anything tracked into the house. I LOVE that it goes under couches, tables (I pull chairs out before starting) right up to baseboards and has a strong suction. Nice feature is finding its way home %26 suctioning all the debris into a bag in the unit. This is stronger %26 cleans better than a unit I purchased years ago (different company). Unfortunately, I can't use the Ap as I have 5G network which it doesn't support. It is still a godsend to be able to put it in a room or hallway %26 know floors will be clean in no time. Still must use the big vac from time to time of course but value for me is excellent.

Greatly satisfied with this robot vacuum with auto emptying option . And customer support is top notch. Coming from roborock this in in par with that vacuum with double the power , half the cost with added option of self emptying. App is also perfect. Highly recommend this one rather than break the bank with double or three times the cost of Roborock.

so I was pleasantly surprised at how powerful this was. how easy it was to setup, how easy it was to setup rooms, its navigation, cleaning just about everything about this vacuum surprised me. I was disappointed that it doesn't announce anything but I think that may just be my unit. going to check with customer service to make sure. but this deal of less than $200 for this was awesome for it's Ease of use and it's cute with the little accent colors

I recently upgraded to the Bobsweep Robot with a self-cleaner, and it has exceeded my expectations. The app is incredibly user-friendly, making it simple to schedule and control the robot. Unlike my previous models, which often got stuck on furniture or struggled with carpets, the Bobsweep Robot smoothly maneuvers around obstacles and cleans every corner effectively. It's a game-changer for home cleaning, combining efficiency with ease of use. Highly recommended!

I was skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised, it's working well, so far so good. The only thing I'm missing is , it doesn't have two sweeper brushes but seems to do alright with only one. Would think It would do better with two. Love that it empties on its own.

I purchased two ORB-I robotic vacuums, one for myself, one for my mom. Both units have the exact same flaws. Flaw %231: Mapping-cleans some rooms 2-3x, yet totally skips other rooms. The spaces that it does clean, it cleans well. Flaw %232: Side Brush-This is the dealbreaker for me. The side brush comes off the unit 2-3x EVERY single time I run it. Worse yet, the unit continues to run without the brush, so you have zero idea where it came off at, unless you watch it the entire time it runs. My mom's unit has the same issue. So grab a flashlight, crawl around on your hands and knees looking under furniture and beds, until you find it. Or don't. My mom is 79 years old and is NOT willing, nor able to do this. I contacted customer service, I was sent instructions to 'easily correct the issue' (see attached screenshot of instructions). I followed the instructions exactly as written, and it made no difference, the side brush repeatedly came off. So I did a little research. I found that this is a well known and common issue. Apparently the older version of this vacuum did not have this problem, but the company started using a cheaper magnet on the side brush, resulting in the side brush frequently coming off. The company has thus far chosen not to correct it. So I am returning both units, and do NOT recommend the ORB-I robotic vacuum.

Not charging well, after 3-5 minutes vacuum stopped, vacuum in charger all day all the time and when it's time to clean, it cannot complete the task, it will just stop. There is very minimal waste in the collecting bag., I bought a vacuum that is not working. I wasted my money, can I still return it? The box is gone.
