Your little one will love them.
Was a gift and she won't wear anything else now. The loops didn't last long but she is very active. Boots doing great in keeping up.

Great Rain Boots Great Value
These rain boots are perfect for my very active kid. They slip on easily and he's ready to go. Unlike most of his shoes, they are still in great shape after a whole season of wear and can be handed down or donated with confidence.

KIDS SIZE NOT TODDLER
These are very cute and good quality, however they are not toddler size! They're closer to a kids size 4. They will keep until they fit, but didn't serve much use for my nephew lol
