All we have done is plug it in to make sure it works, which it does. The box was sturdy, and it arrived in pristine condition. This was purchased for our annual cross-country trip. It won't get a proper workout until 2026. Will update its performance then.

We let it sit upside right for 24 hours before plugging it in. Worked perfectly. Kept my popsicles frozen in the freezer side and I set the frig side to keep my pops very cold. I am extremely happy with my purchase. We have a Jackery, Works great!

i have bought two of these over the last four years. the first one arrived damaged and wouldn't work, this one arrived in good condition and also wouldn't cool. i think they have worn out their welcome. i wrote to them telling them why i was returning it, hoping it may help future customers, they never responded so after giving them ample time i wrote this review.

So far has not really kept our stuff frozen. Came w a damaged vent and got no response from seller about the defect.

This purchase was done so that I could live on the road and travel during my retirement. It worked one week and the freezer side stopped functioning. 0/10, I would not recommend!

Refrigerator, Portable Freezer, Car Fridge did not chill properly. Returned - They recieved the car fridge on Sept 25, 2023. Today date is Nov 1, 2023 and I still have not recived my refund.
