DaVinci Tool
This device was recommended by my pain doctor for cervical spinal stenosis. It helps. It is a hard material , 2 levels. You have to find a place that gives the relief needed.

Pretty useful tool
Definitely stretches out the neck muscles. Be extremely careful getting started tho as u can cause yourself a headache if you don't pay close attention for the directions and how to use the tool.

It can dig in but you have to position it just right. And while it's nice to have different edges, it takes some maneuvering to get it to stay. It gets the job done needed for the price point and it's compact
