Made in China said on the box. I were excited to be able to get this item since it is the same tool that my chiropractor is using. On my first try, it was working as usual then suddenly it sped up to the max level and made a loud motor noise. Luckily, I were able to pull it away from my mom's body or else she would get injure because I heard a loud motor noise then it started to shake like crazy when I didn't switch it. I tried to turn it down to the off level with one hand while the other hand held on to it but it shook violently. The rubber on the knob is turning but the actual knob didn't turn. After a few minutes of trying, I had to unplug the wire from the wall because it got really scary. I tried to plug the wire back in to test. It shown that the knob was in an off mode, but somehow it didn't turn off. This is malfunction. I'm so disappointed because I were really looking forward to use this tool to help out my family. I bought it for several weeks, but I have been busy and not well to test this out. Today, I finally have time to test it out and like to share my experience and hope this will be helpful to any future buyer. I tried to post a pic and video even after resizing them, but it didnt allow me, too.

when you apply a little bit of pressure it really kinda sucks lol, maybe 5 stars for those sensitive areas you dont want pressure. youtube it... along with wanting to do feet and ankles n what not this doesnt do it for me.

The fake leather was already tearing apart. The vibration was good, but quality of pleather is lacking.
