After knee replacement surgery, needed a recumbent bike. They don't require you to climb up on them, you just sit down. This one also doesn't have a bar above ground level you'd have to claim over. Not confident I'll continue to use it once recovery is done so I did not want to spend a lot of money on one. This one seemed to have the best features in this price range. It was fairly simple to put together, the most difficult part was getting it out of the box. They use a lot of clear tape the styrofoam. It is very well packaged.

Bike is exactly what I wanted. Delivery was not. FedEx put it at my basement door. I finally got it drug in and had to wait 3 weeks for someone to come and get it upstairs. Now together and works fine.

I need it for exercise. It works fine.

Perfect for taller users.

The bike was as described and preforms well. I'm happy.

It's a good value for the money. Just requires extra seat cushion, as the stock seat cushion is hard as a rock.

I paid for assembly and my machine was just dropped off and not assembled, I would like my assembly money back.

The only reason I give it only 3 stars is that they fail to tell you that the tension dial should be released before trying to attach the tension cable. I had to find that out the hard way. Other than that no complaints. It came securely packaged with the utmost care and seems to be a very good/sturdy piece of equipment. I believe I will get good use out of it.

Two weeks after receipt and use, the display randomly started zeroing out all information on the screen. Changing batteries was a short term solution with replacements lasting about two hours of use. My last cycle would go months on one AA battery while this uses two AAA. Batteries are alkaline so maybe a lithium ion will last longer. The manufacturer has been notified and is requesting much corroborating evidence like a video of the trouble. Disappointed at the moment.

Assembly is a nightmare. Instructions are terrible. I'd return this item but it must be returned in the original packing, which has been totally destroyed while getting it out of the box. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM. Getting help with assembly was also a nightmare.
