Body Flex Sports Body Power Full Body Elliptical StepTrac Workout Machine

The delivery was surprisingly quick. All parts were really well protected in very good packaging. The hardware was well laid out on a clearly marked sheet of cardboard and vacuum wrapped with clear plastic. Instructions were easy to understand and were very thorough. All metal parts on the equipment are heavy gauge steel tubing, nothing is light gauge. Operation of the machine is very quiet and smooth. this equipment is well worth the money. There were two holes for bolts in the assembly where parts did not line up exactly. I cleared both of those up by reaming them with a 3/8 inch drill bit. I considered this a small inconvenience for such a well-crafted and smooth operating machine.

Great machine for beginners, very sturdy parts, and all together build. It gives a good work out, and you can really feel the burn in a short workout. It gets a little wobbly when going extra hard, but what do you expect out of a low costing machine, if you want a perfect machine, then expect to pay thousands. For the cost its perfect! My husband assembled it, he had no issues, finished in about 2 hours with his power drill and said it was a fun build.

Great elliptical. Easy to assemble. Has adjuster to make the workout more intense. Small and compact to fit in small places. This works perfect for my house because I don't have much room. Working out on this elliptical certainly brings your heart rate up quick and provides a nice cardio workout.

Replaced a $1200 Nordic track elliptical unit that broke after less than 100 hours of use. Decided to go smaller, simpler and cheaper. This unit is fairly easy to assemble and easy to use. It's smooth and gives me a good cardio workout however, it can be a little unstable. You will need to adjust it with the rear spin down feet. Good product for the price.

Gave this elliptical a 5-star rating for many reasons. It didn't take my husband long to put it together. I could not believe this equipment for the price..... under $1,000 this is wonderful. Did not take up much space, parked it right next to my husband's cycle. We can work out at the same time, no problem. It has an exceptional smooth flow and quietness, that is much appreciated. However, I did remove the moving arms for I have always done my workouts not using them. But, please don't do that. The ability to slow down during certain routines is fab because it will not shut down as many others cardio ellipticals will do. Ladies you will find backwards pedaling is so rewarding, which is my preference. Enjoy....smooth pedaling.

This is one cool exercise machine. Dropping pounds like crazy! And feeling great knowing that I'm doing something good for my body

I'm 220 lbs and machine handles the weight well. Although there were a couple screws missing they weren't necessary.

It arrived 4 days early. All the parts were there but assembly was very time consuming. the rear leg assembly was supposed to slide on to a center tube that runs front to back but the attachment flanges were miss aligned and I had to use a pry bar to tweak it enough to slide it on. The mounting holes did not align either and had to remove burrs on the front to back center tube to make it align. on the front leg one of the mounting hole threads stripped out when tightening the bolt. Otherwise it seams to work as it should.

If I could rate it a 0 I would I revived the eliptical parts where broke . Then had to wait and put together a 2nd one for another part to be broke luckily we still had the 1st box and where able to take it out of there ! But once assembled it sucks it rocks so much def not stable at all !

This product is horrible quality. I was so excited to use this machine and it was a gigantic let down. It is not balanced so you can't step properly without feeling like you're going to tip over and after less than 5 uses all the joints became wiggly and it felt as though it would fall apart. Don't waste your time or money. So sad, it seemed like it would be really good.
