I'm having a great time on this bike. And losing weight.I had to put together but didn't take too long.I worked as a tech at Gart Sports after I worked at Tennis clubs for 20 years. So need to get back in shape. I used a Life Cycle back then. This has the arms too you work out same time.Fun and pretty cool with the fan also while pedaling Recommend to anyone to have fun and lose extra weight.I had a heart attack and have to something and have fun doing it..
Never owned a ‘stationary' bike before. Found out what I was missing out on. Now regardless of weather conditions outside the exercise can take place indoors. Fantastic! For me, after surgery, this is oh so practical just like what physical therapy want me to do. On-road would not want suit safely my needs. Setup took me awhile, but it's not that difficult. Great instructions provided and contact/assistance line. Impressed with the build of the fan bike. Sturdy. Using it multiple times daily. Great fluid flow to the peddling and ability to change resistance. Monitor is sweet. Not over-complicated...and they supplied 2 double-A batteries as well. You have many choices for seat positions as well. Even standing, it in a way replicates skiing. Already the ‘burn' is strengthening areas in need. It's addicting. Fun. Enjoyable. Not noisy. Doesn't disturb my pets. Cons: really none. Pros: see above. **Extremely Pleased.
Simple but awesome fan bike!!! Very easy to put together, it does not take up a lot of space, so thats a plus, its a very quiet machine, very smooth, it works out legs and arms at the same time, i totally recommend, the seat is adjustable and comfortable, comes with a digital monitor that tracks calories burned, speed, time, and distance
Omgoodness!!!! This Is Awesome... I'm 5'8 and 245lbs, My Husband is Almost 6'0 and 270lbs... It was Really Easy for My husband to assemble and It's Exactly what I wanted...The seat is Semi Memory Foam But Firm... It's Comfortable considering LoL... It's Not Hard Plastic!!! I Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this... I'm a Real Person with Real Weight problems. It isn't Whisper quiet... but Not Loud either... Sounds like a Ceiling Fan, Which doesn't bother Me... It's Well worth The Money... I paid About 130.00 and It's Very Very Sturdy and Easy To Pedal and Also The Arm Elliptical is Very Smooth!!! If your looking for Something like this...Then This Is The One... I've had The Low Chair One and it was too much Strain sitting Low and Pedaling.
The product is a great quality build and very simple to use. Does not take up alot of space, and you can go for a simple ride, and go as intensive as you want, with no diminishing results. Get a good lower body workout, highly recommend as the weather starts to get colder.
I am trying to get into exercising more so having this Body Rider BRF650 Upright Fan Bike is really helping me achieve my goals. I use this Body rider a few times a week as I have a busy life so wish I could use it everyday but not possible. I do like the overall look and the price is budget friendly. I assembled this bike by myself and it took me close to 3 hours. I used some of my own tools and all the tools provided. The instructions were user friendly and the diagrams were detailed as to what parts go with others. I am 5 foot tall and I adjusted the seat to my height and it works well for me just not a fan of the seat. I would recommend a cushion for more comfort.
I'm a 71 year old lady and had no problem putting this together. It's exactly what I wanted to exercise my knees for knee replacement. Arm exercise is a plus. If you don't need all the fancy doo daas this is for you.
This bodyrider fan bike is great for exercising. Setting up was fairly easy. The quality is average. It is lightweight and easy to move if needed. The height of the seat is pretty tall for me as I am 5'3. I have the adjust the seat to be as close to the handles as possible and I feel that it is still not close enough. The screen that comes with it is operated by batteries and shows distance, speed, time , and calories. Some screws were not able to screw in all the ways which leads to the seat being able to shift around. The seat is also not very comfortable. Overall it helps with exercising and is an average bike.
The bike was easy to assembly and compact making it ideal for small spaces. Unfrotunately, it was too high in the saddle for me. The saddle (seat), even on the shorted setting, was too high for me to get on and off safely. I had to return it for this reason.
I am in my 60s and had to assemble this myself but that was ok, I 've assembled excersize equipment in the past. However, the nut to the left pedal was not thredded well, and it took alot of effort to get it connected. The screws and washers under the seat that connect to the bar were hard to reapply and tighten, as the wrench that comes with it, doesn't align well to do what you need to do to tighten it properly. The holes in the base of the seating column do not line up correctly, thus the seat was sitting crooked. If it hadn't been for the help of my furnace repair person who was in the house at the time I was finishing putting it together, I would not have been able to use the bike. He commented that what I was observing was correct and he offered to repair it himself. After wrestling with alignment of the seat, and working on trying to fit the holes in the height of the seat, it finally got done! This bike is made in China by the way. The seat is not that comfortable. Will need a gel pad I think. Tried to submit this review 3 times so not sure if it went through. Sorry for the duplications if it did!
