Very low appetite for over a year and I was lean to begin with, so I became very skinny , losing muscle mass big time, dizzy, lack of energy, (probably anemic too?) My husband uses this daily as his main go to affordable good quality protein. We add a fruit and /or plain Greek yogurt. It can be mixed with water or milk. Mix everything easily in a blender with some ice and it's good to go in an insulated cup for work. Powder mixes well and completely. No clumps. Good taste. We have purchased 3 flavors; vanilla, strawberry and the chocolate. He prefers the vanilla %26 chocolate.

Whey protein powder made my stomach cramp quite a lot. I switched to the isolated protein as there is less lactose. stomach issues gone.

Price has increased almost %50 from last year (used to be 20 bucks, then increased to 24.95, now its 29). It's okay, but was purchased because of the price only.

I've purchased this same brand from Walgreens a few times and decided to buy it from Walmart this last time because it was a little cheaper. But once I received it I noticed it was not the same. After shaking it, I noticed it would mix all the way. I even purchased better shaker balls thinking that was the issue. Nope, I then bought an electric shaker and still no dice. It still had a sandy texture. I can't even use it so it's a whole jug wasted.
